Film coated tablet dissolve in the intestine SETTIRAX (serratiopeptidase 10mg)
Actions: drugs derived from enzymes has actions:
- Anti-edema and anti-inflammatory.
- Strongly decomposition bradykinin, fibrin and fibrinogen but no effect on albumin and ? - globulin.
- Increase transportation antibiotics in the drive infection.
- Dilution of sputum and disintergrate pus , blood convergence.
Indications:
* surgery:
- the symptoms of inflammation and edema after trauma, surgery.
- internal, external hemorrhoids and anal prolapsus.
- acute sinusitis, otitis media, pharyngitis.
- after specialist surgery and plastic surgery.
* internal medicine:
- coordinate with antibiotics in cases of infection.
- dislodge sputum in lung diseases like bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis.

Other indications:
- Ophthalmic: eye hemorrhage, muddy vitreous gel.

Usage, dosage:
- usage: used to drink before or after meals. No broken or crushed tablet  when taking.
- dosage: often used 1tablet/time x 3 times daily. Dosage may be increased depending on the instructions of a physician.
Contraindications:
- Known allergy to serratiopeptidase.
Side effects:
- expression of allergic skin, can cause urticaria, edema quicke.
- gastrointestinal disorders: diarrhea, anorexia, irritability and nausea.
Warning when used:
- Stop treatment if you have allergic reactions.
- Caution should be used for patients with clotting abnormalities, severe disorders of renal function or treatment with anticoagulants.
Storage:
in sealed packaging, dry place, from 10 to 30oc, proteced from direct effects of light.
